What To Do After Your CoolSculpting Treatment
24 hours after:
Avoid Heat and Sweat: This includes direct sunlight, strenuous exercise, steam rooms, saunas, and hot showers.

Hygiene: Maintain the treated area in a clean condition. Refrain from applying makeup or any products that may cause irritation.

Clothing: Avoid wearing tight or restrictive garments over the treated area, such as compression leggings, bodysuits, leotards, or similar clothing that may cause friction or occlusion.
Between Your Appointments:

Hydration: Continue to drink plenty of water after your treatment to help flush out the destroyed fat cells.
Balance Nutrition: Eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains to support overall health and help maintain your weight.
Stay Active: Incorporate a mix of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility workouts into your routine to help boost metabolism and maximize the result.

Maintain a Stable Weight: Significant weight gain or loss can affect the results. Aim to maintain a stable weight through balanced eating and regular exercise.

Healthy lifestyle: Both smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can negatively impact health and overall body function and affect the result.

What to Except after CoolSculpting®
CoolSculpting works by freezing and destroying fat cells beneath the skin through a process called cryolipolysis, without harming surrounding tissues.
Over the next few weeks, your body naturally eliminates the treated fat cells, resulting in a slimmer and more contoured appearance.

How To Take Care The Common Side Effects
MILD DISCOMFORT

You might experience mild cramping, tenderness, numbness and muscle soreness for a few days, up to a few weeks. but it is typically manageable and temporary. Over-the-counter pain relievers can be used if needed.

BRUISING

Bruising can developed on and near the treated area(s), usually resolve within the week by itself.

Avoid alcohol until bruising resolves.

Use a cold pack or cool cloth for 10–15 minutes at a time, several times a day during the first 24–48 hours. Cold helps reduce swelling, redness, and inflammation — the natural effects of the treatment
IRRITATION

Irritation is possible when skin in contact with CoolSculpting cleaning or treatment supply

Take oral over the counter antihistamines as needed. .

Apply over the counter topical hydrocortisone 1% with Vaseline® or Aquaphor® will reduce the symptoms.
